Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information

Effective January 1, 2023, BIGDBM has established a process to limit the processing of your “Sensitive Personal Information” in compliance with the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”). “Sensitive personal information” includes sensitive personal information that includes or divulges any information, such as the following: Personal identification numbers, including social security, license, passport, or state ID card numbers, and is defined under the CPRA as personal information that consists of the following types of data:

  1. Government identifiers, such as Social Security Numbers and driver's license numbers
  2. Account log-in information (e.g., financial account or credit card numbers in combination with any required access codes or passwords)
  3. Precise geolocation information
  4. Racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership
  5. Content of postal mail, email, and text messages, unless the business is the intended recipient of the subject communications
  6. Genetic data
  7. Biometric information that uniquely identifies a consumer or information concerning a consumer’s health, sex life, or sexual orientation.

Although BIGDBM does not directly solicit or collect any “Sensitive personal information”, we may acquire, process and analyze data that falls into these categories. If you wish to remove all capabilities of BIGDBM to sell or share any of your sensitive personal information, please complete the form below. If you are making this request as an authorized agent, then please also provide the consumer’s signed permission demonstrating that you have been authorized by the consumer to act on the consumer’s behalf.
